API Score improvement
Academic Performance Indicator (API) score is a metric used to evaluate the performance and contributions of academicians in teaching, research and administrative activities. It is commonly used in higher education institutions for promotions, appraisals and recruitment, under frameworks of University Grants Commission's (UGC) guidelines. Active involvement of faculty members in the support services offered by us will help improve their API score. Apart from other things, faculty members can improve their API score through the following activities in collaboration with our foundation.
• Offering invited lectures
• Arranging study/field visits for students
• Participation in FDPs, Seminars and Conferences organized by us
• Acting as Resource persons for FDPs/MDPs
• Preparation of Teaching-Learning materials
